How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–3 business days. Express delivery is available for next-day delivery. International orders typically take 5–7 business days.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above AED 200 within the UAE.

Are your fragrances long-lasting?
All Blue Oud fragrances are formulated for exceptional longevity. Our Eau de Parfum typically lasts 8–12 hours, while our body sprays provide 4–6 hours of fragrance.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Blue Oud is committed to ethical practices. None of our products are tested on animals.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Body Spray?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils (typically 15–20%) and is applied directly to pulse points for a long-lasting, intense scent. Body Sprays have a lighter concentration and are designed for all-over application, providing a refreshing and subtle fragrance throughout the day.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at info@blueoud.com to initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
