Return and Refund Policy

NOORVE accepts return requests for printed items within 4 days after delivery.

How to start a return

Before sending an item back, email info@noorve.store with your order details. NOORVE will provide the applicable return instructions and coordinate the return through the relevant fulfilment partner or process.

Return postage

NOORVE covers return postage for eligible printed-item returns. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from NOORVE.

Refund processing time

Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 14 working days.
